Bully Cat

My male cat has become very protective of the litter box that he shares with the female cat. She was declawed when I got her so she can't fight back. How can I get him to stop being a bully?

well this should be an easy one... get another litter box. I have one box for EACH cat (I have 2 cats, therefore 2 boxes). If my cats were fighting over boxes, I'd seperate the boxes - i.e., one in the laundry one, one in the bathroom. Then they each have their own box, in their own space.
