cat in heat
My seven year old female cat acts like she is in heat. She was spayed before
she was one year old. This behavior started about a year ago. She attracts tomcats and I have seen her allow them to mount her. Is there any medication that could stop this? The vets in this area are very busy with calving at this time and I cannot see one. What's the cause of this behavior? |

Hmmm, I'm not a vet but I've heard that a 'vaginal plug' can help soothe a cat in heat, maybe it could soothe your cat as well.
I'd call the vet's office anyway. Binky 6 |
