Nice puppy

The doggie does look content and comfortable.
You should not "assume" (there is that word again) no one likes you. It is hard to dislike a person when you don't know them - some may not agree with how you present some information but frankly I don't have time to read all the back and forth BS, no matter who is writing it.

One question...can you get the weather channel with those rabbit ears?

Heidi...if you can lose the attitude I can see you being a great debator and contributer to this board...

If everyone agreed all the time, life would be very boring. Healthy debates are a great way of finding out new information that may be useful, arguements cause nothing but tension and goes no where fast.

*please adjust those ears a bit, reception is coming in fuzzy*

Yes, they were all so cute. How is he doing after he got fixed and all of his shots and things? I forgot to ask about that the other day I have been thinking about him and was just wondering how he took all of that. How did he do when you took him into the vet? Hey, does he shed really bad?

I brush him everyday,he loves it,so i dont know if that makes a difference or not with the shedding, but no he doesnt shed bad at all.He is doing fine, vet gave him frontline for ticks, said his limping was probably just from playing a little to rough,he said from the time i dropped him off there til when i picked him back up,he probably played the whole time.I took him to the e room sunday ,cause he just would not wake up,so they said since i was taking him to vet the next day,he should be fine,so the vet said i really didnt need to do bloodwork and x-rays,he just said he was worn out and needed some serious sleep.

never think we dont like anyone, we all can get a little snappy and defensive once in a while, we are all really passionate spirited people and sometimes that causes waves, but it does make for some spirited discussion and debate, and that is good for all of us, excersise the mind and all that, no worries lady, ok.
karin is tired heidi, and she can use some sleep . that is what she meant.
oh what a spunky chicken, he can come to me anytime. what a kissy face, you brush him often, charlie has GSD coat and i am lazy and only brush her once or twice a week and boy do we have alot of hair around here, everyone that visits leaves with a piece of her. he must have a nice oil in his coat, brushing stimulates the good oils in coats. hey, will he grow into those ears, when charlie was pup people said she would grow into ears and feet so do they i wonder?? give him big sloppy kisses from me and wonderdog

That reminds me..*note to self, brush Ciara's teeth tomorrow*

She needs a bath too. As for a hair dyer...

EEEEKKKKKKK! Run for your lives! THE EVIL BLOW MACHINE! Not to be confused with an EVIL SUCK MACHINE!

The evil suck machine (vacuum cleaner) is how I keep Ciara off of the morgue slab, (couch) when I am not at home. Ever since my brother installed my new morgue slab, hmm couch last year, Ciara tends to hurt herself jumping up. I need to get rid of it, I can't agree with steel bars as a part of home furnishings. Last night she wedged her 85 lb. butt underneath the slab with the first crack of thunder. It is less than a foot high too, I hope I have her "escape route" blocked now. Whew!

my dear charlie is a bikers gal, she loves bikes. we have alot of friends that ride. if she hears a triumph of norton she starts jumping. she is the only dog i know that can recognise a 1973 bonville triumph, if she hears one she gets really excited and thinks our friend phil is coming (he is not, we live far apart now), silly girl. lol, i can just picture a dog barking at a standing bike, oh silly boy
she used to like the vacume didnt mind it, some idiot once came over when i was vacuming and got down on his knees and started barking at the vacume, moron, so now she doesnt like it and leaves the room when i do it god there are some idiots out there. as for lawn mower, i have to yell at her to move, i could just run it right over her, lazy bugger.
hey do you guys use normal toothpaste or doggy stuff??

As for the toothpaste,it started when he was about 3 months old,i would be brushing my teeth and he would sit there and one day i let him lick the brush and he loved it,would always be there when i brushed my teeth,he would just lick it,i finally had to get him his own brush and i get dog toothpaste i heard the human toothpaste wouldnt be good for him...Th emotorcycle thing is so adorable,he just barks and barks, and also fire hydrants kind of freak him out,go figure a dog that doesnt like fire hydrants.................

I use C.E.T Enzymatic Dentifrice Toothpaste to brush Ciara's teeth. Malt flavor right now but she prefers the chicken flavored one more.

Never use human toothpaste. You can use baking soda & water too.
Ciara loves to have her teeth brused, she knows she can drink the rinse water afterwards..(yukums)
