Mini Kitty....

well I thought my new kitten was 6 weeks-8 weeks old...I found out he is over 3 months old. he is kinda....tiny...is that normal. The rescue shelter had only had him a few days before I got ahold of him and I worry it just was not enough nutrition in his diet.... here is a picture of him. If anyone could let me know or how to help him get a bit of growth happening...Id apriciate it.

Maybe it could be possible that he is the runt of his litter. My cat is 5 yrs old and was just weighed at the vet today and is only 6 pounds, she has always been very tiny, but has always had a very healthy apetite

I agree, he may have been the runt of the litter.

I have a small girl myself. Even though she weighs 10 pounds, compared to the others, she is very small.

Some cats even full grown aren't very big. As long as he's been given a clean bill of health, you probably have nothing to worry about.
