Pet Trivia
I love trivia and was wondering if forum members would be interested in helping put together a "document" of pet trivia. I'm more than willing to organize it into some type of ordered document and everyone would have access to it.

I'll start and anyone interested can add to it.

Trivia: Canada has four breeds of dogs: Newfoundland;Canadian Eskimo Dog; Labrador Retriever; Nova Scotia Duck Troller.

Trivia: The Tahlan Bear Dog is was a Canadian Breed it is now extinct.

Trivia: The Canadian Eskimo Dog was almost extinct until a the Canadian Eskimo Dog Society took some from the last existing ones form the far north and started a breeding colony in Yellowknife Yukon Terr.

Trivia: The Austrialian Shepherd is an American breed.

Trivia: First commercial pet food was developed in Canada by Dr. Ballard, DVM. Should we thank him???? LOL

Get fuzzy has had dog facts all this week and cat facts all last week... They're a little more specific, but I think they're fun...

Monday's was neat- the doggy who travelled around 3000 miles to get home in 1923-1924...

The I've seen labs that were 160lbs (craziness), but I can't imagine 343lbs...
