How to introduce new kitten to the other pets

Hi I will be briinging home my new kitten in August when she is about 11.5 weeks old and I am wondering the best way to introduce her to the rest of the zoo. I have 4 dogs, 2 other cats, 2 parrots, a cockatiel, and some 4 dozen fish. All these other pets live in harmony and seem to enjoy each others company. The cats are 16 yr old spayed sisters if that makes any difference and the new kitten is female as well.
