Please help my friends maltese.. sores everywhere!
its a 7 year old maltese, he has his sister , same age and she does not have any of these sores.... they are getting larger and more populated. She took him to the vet and the vet had no answeR,
but gave her antibiotics and pain meds. she said they smelled bad but that has gone away. please we have scoured the web. it is not bottle fly or any visible parasite.

If her regular vet is stymied, maybe she can get a referral to a veterinary teaching hospital or a veterinary dermatologist. That looks awful!
