I'm so sorry to hear about your cat! The usual steps people take is to put posters with pix up in a 2 K radius in your neighbourhood as well as to call and fax your poster to Animal Services, the HUmane Society and all the local rescues. You may also want to do the same with Vet's in your neighbourhood.
for a safe and speedy return! |

Maybe some of the ideas in the following thread may help - if you haven't already tried them. Good luck.

Woncerful news!! Now could I recommend you keep him in the house? He's got the taste for wandering now. Next time he may not be as fortunate. Could you also get him to the vet for a good check up? After being gone as long as he was it's no telling what he may have gotten into or fought with. You want to make sure he is still healthy.

usually Guyzmo is all the time in the house, never outside, but he has take advantage of a moment of inadvertence to go outdoor.... So I have bought immediately a collar to put his license medal.
He's healthy but he needs a lots of hugs !!! |
