cat has pimple type lump under skin

Hi everyone,

my cat just turned 14 last month and has been quite healthy. Recently, I discovered on the right side, under her arm, there is loose skin, and in that loose skin, there is a little lump under her skin. It's about the size of a larger type pimple. I can touch it, and squeeze it gently, and it doesn't seem to hurt her at all, so I'm not sure what this could be. Any help would be quite helpful.

Is it attached underneath or is it just near the surface? I wouldn't panic, definitely show it to the vet next time you go, and watch for any changes (bigger/smaller, soft/hard, painful/not painful).

it's just underneath the skin. But it's not attached to anything inside like a muscle or anything
