Yeah, but she has to go under to drain it.

The man might take her... Maybe... It sucks though because it's right beside my work, but we'll both have to sit in traffic in separate cars.

So she's awake, the hematoma is drained, but she's staying there overnight.:sad:

I dropped by to see her after she got out and she was all spacey and didn't know I was there. I went to the front and started talking with the vet tech (as usual) and I guess Miss Beasty woke up a little more and heard me and started screaming... So I had to leave. :sad:

Tomorrow starts the recovery... Keeping the incision open and wet for a few days...

Glad she came through okay. And even if she has to stay at the vet overnight, she'll probably sleep extremely well from the aftereffects of the anesthesia.

How long do you have to let the incision drain?
