Thank's everyone
It looks like she had been wandering around for 2 nights and a day and was trying to find her way home.
When she saw James truck she just laid down on the side-walk.
She was obviously exhausted,but still managed to give everyone licks and a wagging tail,sooo happy.
James took her to the vet,other than being dirty,she's ok

It was surely a BIG wake-up call for the owner,Fate is very obedient,but I don't think you can trust a dog/cat 100% not to run away.
