Helen - there is a breed specific rescue for this breed. Why don't you contact them - google the rescue site.

Anyways - this is what I do when I get dogs to network for. As you know, breed specific rescues are more than happy to take in one of their own.

It is more productive to go directly to the breed rescue than to post here. Hopefully I provided good information to the OP to get this dog into safety..unless she is already with a rescue group?

Oh believe me they ask everyone.. rescues for GP's especially.. but no go so far time is running especially since its special needs.. blind in one eye..

I could get it here by the weekend if someone would want ..
