help on my dog's nose

Hello: Does anyone know what is happening to my dog's nose? her nose skin shows like this two days ago.
I am not sure she got scratched from somewhere, or skin problem. Thanks for your help !

I would guess perhaps a hotspot or a something like an infection surrounding a splinter etc or fungal infection

Did you switch foods recently? Add a new cleaning product? Perhaps an allergic reaciton to something that she's been rubbing/scratching at

Time to have the vet take a look at it.

Ouch! Definitely needs a vet visit. If it's an infection, she'll likely need antibiotics.

Looks like a hot spot to me.

Get it checked out just in case.

She doesn't eat out of a plastic bowl does she?
