Recurring Pyoderma....
   <---- Good ways to express how I'm feeling this morning.....Took Patrón to the vet again yesterday evening... They just LOVE when i come in there...I never spend less than $200 at a visit....and all the interns and assistants know us by name....good thing I have a good job! Doc Howell did a skin scraping this time to check and see if he didnt have some mite activity going on. I hate when they do the skin scrapings :sad: Patrón doesnt like it! BUT there arent any mites! SO! He got a cortisone shot to calm the skin down, and antibiotics to kill the infection in his skin... Anyone know of ANYTHING to help with his skin?? I am at a loss... He gets 50mg of Benadryl twice daily, two of the fish oils capsules ( that are AWFUL smelling by the way ) the medicated shampoos... oatmeal baths... The vet said to just wait and see what happens as he gets older, since he's only just 11 months old...he could grow out of some of these problems.
