Unhappy please help

I have a two yr old cat and a 3 yr old cat. My 2 yr old, Sophia, has recently started to lose her hair on her back. it's like a someone has took a razor and shaved her. she was fixed about a year ago and there hasn't been any major changes since then. my other cat does not have this problem. water got in one room in my house during a flood and mold has started to form on the wall. would that have anything to do with Sophia's hair loss?
i would really appreciate it if you could e-mail me with any information that you have. thank you. my e-mail address is dynzimeshel@aol.com
