My 7 year old female cat started peeing on furniture about a month ago, so we took her into the vet and all the tests and such came back normal, we got an extra litter box and she stopped. But recently she's been dribbling on the furniture. Not emptying her bladder like she used to, just little dribbles, She still goes in the litter box and we haven't changed anything. Should I take her back to the vet??

Yup, I would take her back to the vet. Could be a new issue.

Did the vet run a urinalysis, and a bacterial culture? I would ask for the tests to be re done

Also if blood and urine tests were recently performed and were normal then perhaps a radiograph (X-Ray) or ultrasound may also be beneficial to rule out bladder stones which could be causing these signs.
