Question Excema?

As described in a previous thread, my 14 wek old westie pup Tally has developed a small red patch on her tummy. As she'd bene walking though woodland that dya, I asusmed it was a bite or irritation. Now someone telles me she could have excema.
Does this sound likely?
A vet's examination will cost 20 alone, so can anyone recommend some suitable treatments?
thanks, Sarah

We can't recommend anything, since we don't know if this is an allergy, irritation or genetic problem.

Westies seem predisposed to having skin problems and disorders, so you will have to take her to the vet to find out just what it is.

And I must repeat that feeding corn-based food to a breed already prone to skin problems is not helping the situation.
