I have used natural remedies with my dogs with great success.

Talk about it with your vet.

There is a good article on this site about homeopathy. It's a good start.

Natural products

My 5 month old Husky has been sick since he was born. First he had tape worm then round worm and then the worst...hook worm... I didn't know what to do, every vet wanted to put him on something more chemical than next... So I called a friend, a friend wo manufactures natural products for animals as well as humans. I told her my situation and she told me to stop anything that he is on. He had major diarrhea for over 3 months, which was lethal and almost ended up stunting his growth as well as damage him for good. She told me to give him some Pedialyte and a natural concentrate that would help him and soothe him. 3 weeks later, a miracle. His stools are now regular, his growth not stunted and his stools are also hardened and are no longer water. Like people, animals shouldn't be subject to chemicals, for it can damage them further.
I definitely suggest natural medecine and food!
