Oral virus

What is the best way to remove a white califlower like wart on an one year old puppy's lip???

She had one a month ago when we were living in Philadelphia, I took Snowy to the Vet and the Vet accidentally rip it off her lip while she showed it to another Surgeon. I requested a pathology test done and doesn't seem it's an abnormal growth.

Now she had another one growing bigger at the same spot and from what the medica literature shown, it's seem the wart classify as an oral virus. The vet told me to just rip it off from her face if it's happen again.

We are currently in Ottawa now and I really don't want to pay $100 US to the vet where I should just yank it off her lip.

And your two cents are????

Thank's for the advice.
