Drooling Dog

I posted this earlier, however I was directed to post it in this forum. My little Boston Terrier has started drooling..I mean really drooling. He can soak a bath towel in minutes. I have taken him to the vet and all tests were normal. Could this be a dental problem that the vet missed. I cannot let my little guy go anywhere that I am not with him because the drool is so bad. He is on my lap right now with a towel over a plastic covered pillow. This drooling started about 5 days ago.
