Drooling

My little Boston Terrier has just recently started drooling uncontrollably..I had him to the vet on Thursday. She had to put him to sleep in order to open his mouth. She checked everything, did alot of blood tests and everything is normal. He does have a severe underbite, however he is eating and drinking normally and plays with his mom and brother as normal. The problem is when he is sleeping or just sitting quietly, he drools alot. I mean he has soaked bath towels...He does drink from our pond on occasion, but the other 2 do as well and they don't have this problem...I am really concerned. Does anyone have any suggestions?
