Natures variety

At present I use Canadie as a suppliment when I am away and others have to feed, as opposed to Raw. I have been pondering switching to Natures Variety instesd, but, it is too high in Protien for a Large breed dog.

My Newf boy, Lolly-pup, is a year old now; At what age does this stop applying to him?

My Bernese girl, Belle, is 6 months; Is a bernese considered a Large Breed dog?

Does this even matter if it is not the primary food source?
