Exclamation Montreal Cats: Leeloo and Mojo need a new home!

Hi to all! I'm going back to school and moving into a small room where I can't take my cats... I'm very sad but I need to find a new owner. They can be seperated if needed but I rather have them stay together.

Check the cat section for their individual pictures. Thanks!!!

I certainly hope someone can help these beautiful cats.I have a real problem with people getting cats, not planning on keeping them for their entire life.
You are responsible for their lives, what happens if you cannot find them a home? Montreal SPCA? where they most certainly will be killed
I realize it's probably once again a financial problem, but could you not at least try to get a place where the cats can come with you.
Anyway, probably not what you wanted to hear, but I had to vent...it makes me sad for the cats, who will be dumped just like pieces of furniture.
Someone here, will help you, maybe find a cat-rescue in the Montreal area.
Also, splitting them up would certainly add to their stress,if you really are soo sad, remove that option, they have lived together and should continue to do so,anything else would be very cruel..it's bad enough leaving the owner they know and trust.

I agree Chico they need to stay together and it is a shame when people get animals and they are not planning on them being a lifetime of comentment! When you get an animal you should view them as part of the family (and they are) so you should base your descions around them as well as everyone else. I mean you would not move somewhere that you could not take your children! THEY NEED TO STAY TOGETHER PLEASE!!!

Leeloo

Well, they have been split up (he's my neighbour). Leeloo is still looking (she's the one in front) and really the picture does not do her justice. She is exquisite, with crystal blue eyes, very talkative and loving. If anyboy has any ideas... This little drama is unfolding in Montreal.

PS She is NOT spayed, but my neighbour will pay for the operation.

(weakly)

It stuns me, actually. Quite apart from the reproductive aspect of it - which should be enough - I'm not sure people understand that female cats really suffer when they're in heat, whether they find a male or not. Anyway, this is the situation, and it will just be that much harder to sort out (not on the scale of Iraq, however).

wenrolland, I hope you appreciate how lucky you are to have these cats taken off your hands, and to have such a caring neighbour.

Please do NOT get any more animals to leave intact and then dump.

Smile

Nothing to do with me; I made one phone call (oh, and opened my big mouth, although that comes naturally). The SPCA was NEVER a possibility. H*ll, not all that long ago I took a cat to the pound myself, although I went back for it later (my admiration for the people who work/volunteer there knows no bounds). Wenrolland is a good guy who loves his cats. He pulled it off for them in the end, which is all that matters.
Don't forget to vote! Even if your candidate doesn't win he gets $3 per vote for his war chest. Adds up.
