St. Patrick's Day
Anyone have any favourite St. Paddy's Day recipes? I have a corned beef brisket but I'm not sure whether I want to go traditional corned beef and cabbage, or try something different.
As usual, I stocked up on Irish beers, I made shamrock cookies, I will be making soda bread tomorrow. Anyone here have an irish heritage? (my dad's is irish, and my mother's father is irish, so I'm 3/4 irish).
