Red face My dog has a bad cold

Hello. Does anyone has experience with this problem? My 6 month old Bouvier has had what appears to be a bad cold for the last month. His nose is very runny and when he sneezes, green phlegm goes flying. The vet has given him two different courses of antibiotics and a large shot of penicillin but nothing seems to be helping. Our vet says that this is unusual. I'm worried even though my dog seems happy enough. Thanks for any help that you can offer.

Check in the ask the vet section of this website. I haven't had any experience with it, but I've seen articles in that section for sure.

I would consult with your vet again or another vet asap. A month of this is too long. The vet may want to culture his discharge to see what exacty is growing and do a sensitivity at the same time to see what antibiotic would be the most effective.
Good luck.
