Sour dough?

Anyone have a good sourdough recipe.

I just found an amazing and easy sour dough starter recipe yesterday (1 beer plus 1 1/4 cup flour, mix 3 times a day for 5-10 days).

Now I just need a good recipe to use it in. I looked on the net and they are all pretty fancy. I just want a plain white bread sour dough!
