 It will get a little better every day,she might never be best buds with the others but they'll learn to accept each others presence eventually

Update
Everyone is doing great now. This last weekend I finally moved Tisha's food and litter in with the other cats and she has made herself at home throughout the house.
She and Skitty (the other girl) get along for the most part... although half the time it's hard to tell if they are actually fighting or just playing... but there's a lot less hissing going on than there used to be. Until I got up to get the phone a few minutes ago Tisha was laying here next to me and I finally managed to get a good picture of her and pics of the other two as well. The fat Tabby is D.O.G., and the tortiose is Skitty.
