Lysine for dogs?

I have a 12 year old dog who lives with 4 cats and 2 humans. Now the kitties have been getting Lysine and they think it is a treat. Is there Lysine for dogs? I'd like something to boost her immune system as well. They are all inside/outside kids. Mainly inside but we play outside more in summer. She (the dog Angel) plays with other "kids" in the neighborhood and I have no idea on their health. So I was just curious cuz I'm not finding much info out there.

Thanks

Cindy
