How often to give cat nip?

Hi Guys,

Just bought cat nip about a week ago, and my cats love it, especially our female cat.. But the question is: how often and how much to give our cats?

I can't find anything online regarding this, most places I've checked say it's completely safe, but how often should I be giving them catnip?

Cats will get bored of catnip if you give it to them too frequently, although it is perfectly safe for everyday use. Once a week is roughly the schedule I use.

I have it growing in my garden and in Rose's pen, so they have access to it daily when I go outside to walk the kitties.
