cat is in heat 3 months after spay
my cat is having the symptoms of being in heat and she was spayed in March of this year. She is turning three this August. How is this possible? shes been fine for three months and now she cant stop rolling around and licking herself, oh man...

Could be that some ovarian tissue was left behind and is still churning out hormones. Calling your vet to discuss the possibilities and what options there are would be my recommendation.

its been two weeks since she stopped being in heat and now shes back. Shes peeing a lot more than usual and licking herself in her you-know-what. Im going to take her to the vet next week but do you guys think its safe for her to have another spay since she had hers in march?

There is risk to any surgery. A friend of mine had to have her cat spayed twice with no ill effects.

Nope, after they got all the tissue out, she was fine.
