Found rottweiler or rottweiler mix

Hey guys, I was browsing on craigslist, and I noticed someone posted in greenfield park that they found a rottweiler.
She is about 11 months so they say, here is the pic.
On the listing it says that if they can not find original owner, or someone to take her..she will be at spca monteregie
