I was reading that this morning and was surprised when I saw the Toronto Animal Services,I 've heard a lot of bad stuff about them..

I was talking with a TAS ACO at the Winter Woofstock and they work with rescues as much as they can....they also take animals from the OSPCA.......go figure.
