Exclamation My dogs nose, lips, genitals and pads are changing color

Hello There,

I have taken my dog Ladee to the Vet yesterday but he said this is a 'very interesting case'....she got a physical where he checked her temp and everything of that sort...
-He put her on zinc -->& Vitamin Supplements (3 weeks)
-Took a blood sample (Get results later on today)
- Temp-normal

The past week her nose, lips, genitals and pads are changing color (Pinkish and her nose went from that pinkish to now a pinkgray i guess you can say)....shes eating fine pooping fine...and is alert...only thing is shes lost a lil energy.

It is possible that there is an underlying medical condition. However, that can also be a sign of aging. How old is Ladee?
