How to challenge somebody in the Arcade?

How do you "challenge" and what does it mean, exactly? Do you play against them or just compare scores with them? (i.e. I wanna play Hexxagon against Happycats, instead of the computer... )

lol, Prin, I notice you are up there on scores for a lot of the arcade games. Are you not a student? Shouldn't you be studying or something?

LOL It's break time sometimes, you know? Can't be working ALL the time.

Happycats, I know what you mean. After my highest score, I haven't been able to get near it. I think the computer recognizes you and gets super tough after. That's why I want to play a real person..
