Do you have a picture of her?

Hi there,

By any chance do you have a picture that I can see of this dog. I don't want to get your hopes up, but I recently saw a sign posted in my area (Bloor and Dovercourt) of a dog that had been found. The picture is of a dog that is white and tan, longish hair, female, they say she is very friendly. She doesn't have the longer snout that border collies tend to have, but you do say that this dog is a mix. I took the number down, just in case I came across something online, and saw your post! I thought maybe if I saw a pic first, I could save you some heartache if this is not your dog - I know that dogs have travelled quite aways from home, but this dog has been found quite far from where you say she was lost - obviously its worth checking out. Here is the contact name and number for you to call that I got from the posting. James: (416) 532-8676. Please let me know what happens and best of luck!

....correction

sorry, I mentioned in my last posting the "snout" of the dog in the pic I saw, saying it was not as long as a typical border collie.......I was mixing the breed up with the shelties.

Just to confirm the pic of the dog in the post has a typical border collie face.

Found!!

Hi there!

I just got a call form the vet clinic (the number "goldenmom" posted) and they informed me that this dog has been found by a man in their area!!! This pup is now home, sweet home!!! I love when this happens - I hope all postings here for lost pets have such happy endings. The secretary at this clinic said to thank us all for our concern and efforts.
