English Bulldog in Jersey City, NJ

Even putting aside the name, "Pimp My Ride" has obviously had a hard life.
Someone tied him up at another local shelter, but he made his way to the Liberty
Animal Shelter in Jersey City, NJ, where he's been since then. Pimp is actually
an Old English Bulldogge, not a a common breed in our area. He has some
scarring on his muzzle and his elbows are badly calloused. He also has some
significant wearing on his teeth, all of which points to a lonely life living in
someone's yard before they abandoned him. Despite his intimidating physical
appearance, Pimp is really a sweetheart. He loves to be petted and takes treats
from your hand like an absolute gentleman. This poor guy has been through so
much that he really deserves a nice warm home and loving family to live out the
rest of his days.

If you can give this dog the loving home he needs, please contact Niki
at: NDawson03@aol.com.

I'll look to see

I don't think there was a pic but I'll look again to see. I was thinking of the lady who is doing bulldog rescue in Southern Ontario. Let me try to find a pic.

argh

I've been all over there site, both the petfinder one and the city one. I don't see anything about him on either site. He's either been pulled or they are only releasing him to rescue which means he won't view for the general public. Maybe email the contact?
