Cat vomiting - How much is too much??
Hi all,
Am getting a wee bit concerned about my 13 year old female cat (spayed, vet checked, never had an illness in her life). She has been a (pardon the expression) "barfer" before throughout her life. She vomits more than any other cat I've seen, but when we take her to the vet, everything checks out fine. However, for the past 2 days, she had been sick quite a few times, sometimes its actual food, sometimes it's a clear fluid. She otherwise seems fine, eating normally, looks great etc. I've made a vet appointment for this weekend, but any thoughts, suggestions from you all would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much! |

Hmmm...that almost sounds like what mine do when they have a particularly nasty hairball. Maybe you can try to give her some hairball treatment (usually Malt or Salmon flavoured), that usually works on mine and sends the hairball out the other end instead of them having to "barf" it up.
