Welcome to the forum.

I've been pondering over your problem and I think if it was me, when I take the dog out to the bathroom, I would be taking a very shallow bowl in order to gather a urine sample and see first hand if these worms did come from the dog.

I've been wondering how much time would have elapsed from the time you let the dog out to pee and when you noticed the wet spots with the worm like creatures?

I'm wondering if there is a chance that these things may have come through the cracks in the floor of your carport because they were seeking moisture.

I wouldn't be satisfied with only one pee sample - I'd be checking quite a few times. Just letting her go in the grass it might be hard to spot if she has worms. That's why I suggest collecting it in a bowl so you can have a good inspection. If it is the dog, pour the sample into a jar and take it to the vet as soon as possible.

I'd also be talking to some of the vets in your area and see what they suggest.
