Use an enzymatic cleaner to get rid of the smell. Like Nature's Miracle. For the first while I would take her out every couple of hours. And really reward her when she goes outside! Have a party! YEAH!!! Good girl! What a good girl!! You know. Verbally reward and pet her lots.
Do you take her out after she eats? Are you figuring out what her signals are for wanting to go out?
