Unhappy pancreatitis? poodle

I have a 11 lb poodle that is in pain. I have had her to the vet and has been prescribed Clavamox (1 day) and Metronidazole (2nd day). Blood workup revealed increased level of ??? The doc said pancreatitis possibly. She is tender in the abdomen, tight, and with inconsistent shaking. You can not pick her up or touch her without her crying out. Normally, she is a jumping jack and full of life. In the past 9 months, very rare if she gets any table food. Of course, this is the 4th-the vet closed and closed again on Saturday. I have a bing cherry tree in my back yard. Could this be the cause? I have found several pits with the cherry eaten off. Tonight, she is not eating anything. Will she be all right?
