Chico is looking for a forever home. Having spent the last few years living in alone in a garage often without a bowl of water he loves to be around people. The first few nights he was with me he would tremble when we went to bed. It took a few days but he has finally settled down and sleeps on his bed beside me and knows that he is not going to be banished to a dark cold garage.
Hard to believe that after the neglect he has endured he still remains a sweetheart who gets along with other dogs and cats. He is very friendly and greets everyone with a treasure in his mouth. When he came to me his fur was full of mats and he patiently allowed me to brush or cut them out even when it hurt. He is neutered and up to date with his vaccines.
