is it diarreah? or just soft poop?

I know when I switched my dogs food he ended up with diarreah on and off for a few weeks, till we figured out he was sensative to the chicken in his food,

we now have him on a food without chicken and his poop is perfect.

Id say for poop problems food is normally the culprit if the dog is otherwise healthy.

however if the dog has diarreah a visit to the vet with a fecal sample might be a plan, they can help you get him back to feeling his best

i have also heard that pumpkin helps firm stools up but some beleive its only masking the symptoms of whatever it is thats causing his poop to be too soft in the first place
