I don't want to scare you but ... I would have it checked out by a vet asap.
One of my golden had what looked like a scratch .... my vet saw other things in her eye , that I couldn't see myself. He thought she may had a brain tumor of something like that. I never had it checked out by a specialist because she was already dying of cancer but ever since , every time I see something in their eyes , I have it check out.
