Me and You and Everyone We Know - 2005
Saw this one last night at Cinema du Parc in Montreal. For all you Montrealers - a great cinema with many films you'll NEVER see in the major theaters.
I really liked this quirky drama that had many funny moments. The characters ARE really quirky as well, but interesting, very interesting.
If you asked me what the movie was about I'd have to think about it, but I'd say it's about life and love. It's about Me and You and Everyone We Know (in many ways).
The story line is not conventional in the respect of a clear beginning middle and end. There are no special effects and it isn't glamourous. But it is a fun, provocative film and for me, it really worked. 8/10.
