I agree - to start with Tally had a Puppy Kong and Pedigree Puppy chews called Markies and Tubos. Now her milk teeth are going, but we are still not going to give her dental chews until shes older, as they're designed to be extra chewy for older dogs so they could damage teeth.
I would try and find some gentle puppy chews as the older ones could be causing unknown damage to your pup's teeth.
