You can also use Heinz Organics pure pureed Butternut Squash Babyfood I use this for Duffy.
Because the stuff doesn't stay fresh very long in the fridge you can scoop the dose amount (ie Duffy gets 1/4 teaspoon per meal so that's what I scoop per cube spot) into icecube trays & freeze them, dump into freezer bag for use later - just warm up the dish in a little hot water or add a teaspoon to it.
