I don't know if this will work for you, but have a look at this product:

Prowl

It's a dehydrated food that you hydrate with warm water. I just bought some because I want to start slowly making my cats home made food and this has all the nutrients, vitamins minerals they need to thrive. I was going to mix some of this in with the home-made. But if your kitty has had her teeth removed this may be at least an option.

Here, they have some locations in Canada that sell this. Maybe you can get s sample.
