Barkingdog, she is very overweight. To the point where , IMO it is neglect to let it get that far. If a dog has trouble walking or running, that SHOULD be a wakeup call, but apparently to many, it isnt . I find it so sad that people let their dogs get to this state.

My dogs are never overweight. My vet wanted to take a photo of my Standard Poodle so he could show dog owners what a perfect weighting dog looked like. It is hard to tell in the photo if your dog is overweight. I think is also sad that people let their cats get so fat they can't walk.
