I don't know about you but I have read about so many children being bitten and attacked, so where are the parents? Are they just stupid or do they need lessons on caring for their own kids or is that societies responsibility to care for them. I think not, I chose not to have kids and if I did have them I would not be leaving my child unsupervised with my dog no matter how much I trust him. I also would not be blaming everyone but my self for my irresponsible behaviour. I feel the same way about irresponsible dog owners.
