You could confine him in his crate until the visitors have gone.
You could also keep him on his leash, and lead him slowly to the car or truck, and occupy him with treats. When he tries to pee on the wheeles, tell him "NO" and snap the leash or pull him away.
You would have to work long and hard at it
, but hopfuly it would pay off
